Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and analytical Product
Innovation Specialist to identify market opportunities, research emerging
technologies, and conceptualize innovative enterprise solutions. The role
focuses on discovering opportunities in enterprise software, Artificial
Intelligence (AI), and AI-driven automation to improve business operations and
solve real-world challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and industry trend assessments.
- Identify customer pain points, market gaps, and emerging technology opportunities.
- Research and propose enterprise solutions, AI-powered features, and automation opportunities.
- Evaluate product concepts based on market demand, business value, and feasibility.
- Prepare concept notes, competitive comparisons, and opportunity assessments.
- Present innovative ideas and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Product Management and Software Development teams to validate concepts before execution.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, IT, or a related field.
- Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Understanding of enterprise solutions, SaaS platforms, AI, and business automation.
- Ability to evaluate product opportunities and communicate ideas effectively.
- Strong documentation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Preferred Experience
- 2–4 years in product research, innovation, business analysis, or related roles.
- Experience researching ERP, CRM, enterprise SaaS, or AI-powered business solutions.
- Familiarity with competitor benchmarking, product discovery, and market validation.
- Basic understanding of software development processes and product documentation.
