Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Product Manager to lead the
planning, scoping, and delivery coordination of enterprise software solutions,
including AI-powered capabilities and business process automation. The role
involves translating approved concepts into detailed product requirements and
working closely with Software Development, UI/UX, and QA teams to ensure
successful implementation and delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Translate approved product concepts into detailed scope documents, PRDs, and functional specifications.
- Define product workflows, user stories, business rules, and acceptance criteria.
- Plan and specify enterprise solutions, AI-powered features, and automated business workflows.
- Collaborate with UI/UX, Software Development, and QA teams throughout the product lifecycle.
- Manage product backlogs, priorities, development milestones, and release timelines.
- Ensure implementation aligns with approved requirements and functional specifications.
- Coordinate testing, defect resolution, and product validation with QA teams.
- Identify execution risks, resolve requirement gaps, and manage scope changes.
- Oversee product readiness, release coordination, and post-launch improvements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, Business, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and enterprise solution development.
- Experience preparing PRDs, scope documents, functional specifications, and user stories.
- Understanding of enterprise workflows, APIs, integrations, AI applications, and automation.
- Familiarity with QA processes, UAT, and defect management.
- Strong documentation, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Preferred Experience
- 3–5 years in product management, business analysis, or enterprise solution management.
- Experience working on ERP, CRM, enterprise SaaS, or AI-powered business platforms.
- Familiarity with Jira, Azure DevOps, ClickUp, Figma, or similar tools.
- Experience coordinating with Software Development and QA teams throughout the product lifecycle.
- Exposure to AI automation, workflow optimization, and enterprise system integrations.
